Martha Miltko
Lucas’ interest in the field of personal fitness arose out of necessity, from a need to address his own physical health after 20 years of bartending and dealing with a knee injury. His personal journey has created a passion for helping people find and regain functional strength and flexibility so they can feel healthy and active. His own experiences of weight loss, overcoming injury and repetitive physical stress from work have given him a deeper understanding of the challenges we all face as we tackle our physical health.

Heather prides herself on designing and developing a workout and exercise program that works for her clients and helps them to achieve their goals. She strives to lead by example and live a healthy and active life. Heather is certified by ACSM, NASM, NSCA, TRX, Les Mills.
Heather Feldhusen
Mike has been a Personal Trainer & Physical Therapist Assistant for 5+ years. He believes that every good training program should be built around strength training, cardio, mobility and sustainability. Mike has rehabilitated & trained a wide range of clients including D1 Athletes, fitness competitors and senior citizens.
Mike Onsrud
Jeff is an experienced personal trainer who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, an ACE personal training certification and is a USPA Certified Powerlifting Coach. Whether your goals are strength, body composition, or movement based, Jeff’s knowledge and expertise is sure to help you reach your goals!
Jeff Branske
My passion for health and fitness arose from years as a competitive gymnast. I was constantly fighting a battle with pain and injuries. This sparked an interest in physical therapy and rehabilitation. I am currently a student at UW-Madison majoring in Kinesiology with a certificate in Athletic Healthcare. I received my certification through NASM in July 2023. I aim to help build self-confidence and comfortability for all of my clients while addressing their personal goals.
Jayden Frederick
Emma’s fitness journey began with a struggle to maintain consistency. After seeking out personal training services at Capital Fitness, she fell in love with strength training and found that it was not only sustainable in the long term but also significantly improved her quality of life. Emma feels passionately about helping others implement movement into their lifestyles that is both enjoyable and helps them to go about their daily lives, particularly through strength training. Emma is NASM certified and has a BS in Molecular and Cellular Biology.
