The instructor will guide you through various workout phases including warm-up, steady up-tempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and a cool-down - all on an indoor stationary bike! You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Our KeiserM3 indoor bikes have pedals that allow you to wear tennis shoes or specialized SPD clip shoes. Please bring a towel and a water bottle.

This 45 minute class is split into two segments. You'll being with a 30 minute treadmill class for walkers and runners of all levels that utilizes inclines and varying speeds in a group setting. Followed by 15 minutes of running related 'off treadmill' exercises that will include some combination of the following: TRX, kettlebells, resistance bands, stretching and bodyweights. This work will focus on making you a better runner.

In this sense, vinyasa refers to traditional hatha yoga poses tied together in a flow linked with breath.
