We are all about a community and team atmosphere. We offer an abundance of group fitness & yoga classes. Classes are fee based and can be purchased in a bundle or if you're interested in unlimited access, the Executive Membership is for you! Peter is a Physical Therapist from Denmark. Since graduating in 2003, Peter has specialized in upper and lower back pain, ergonomics, pre- and post-surgery training and weight management.
When working with Peter you will benefit from his deep understanding of the body and its functional setup. Peter also works as a massage therapist at Elevation Salon & Spa
Kaila specializes in nutrition coaching, weight loss, and body re-composition. She's a yoga teacher and personal trainer with a decade of experience.
Heather prides herself on designing and developing a workout and exercise program that works for her clients and helps them to achieve their goals. She strives to lead by example and live a healthy and active life. Heather is certified by ACSM, NASM, NSCA, TRX, Les Mills.
Mike has been a Personal Trainer & Physical Therapist for 5+ years. He believes that every good training program should be built around strength training, cardio, mobility and sustainability. Mike has rehabilitated & trained a wide range of clients including D1 Athletes, fitness competitors and senior citizens.
Liz is a professionally trained chef with 20+ years working with food and people. Exercise and fitness has been her passion and meditation outside of the restaurant world. Health and strength became her focus in the last decade and she pursued certifications is Health Coaching and Personal Training to compliment her nutritional knowledge. Liz specializes in You.She works to assist you in functional movement, building strength and developing a life routine with variety.
