Peter is a Physical Therapist from Denmark. Since graduating in 2003, Peter has specialized in upper and lower back pain, ergonomics, pre- and post-surgery training and weight management.
When working with Peter you will benefit from his deep understanding of the body and its functional setup. Peter also works as a massage therapist at Elevation Salon & Spa
Chrissy began her fitness career teaching fitness classes after completeing a fitness exercise course and mentoring through UW-Madison's Division of Recreational Sports. She has the experience and knowledge to deliver an educated workout experience for clients to safely achieve their fitness goals. For this to happen, Chrissy prefers to work with dedicated clients who'd be willing to meet on a regular basis
Heather prides herself on designing and developing a workout and exercise program that works for her clients and helps them to achieve their goals. She strives to lead by example and live a healthy and active life. Heather is certified by ACSM, NASM, NSCA, TRX, Les Mills.
Mike has been a Personal Trainer & Physical Therapist for 5+ years. He believes that every good training program should be built around strength training, cardio, mobility and sustainability. Mike has rehabilitated & trained a wide range of clients including D1 Athletes, fitness competitors and senior citizens.
