A few things Alex likes about being a personal trainer is the creativity he gets to have with workouts and the sense of accomplishment his clients have when they complete a goal. He loves helping people build muscle, but his passion lies in doing whatever it takes to help a client reach their goals.
Martha's passion lies in helping people feel comfortable and confident in and out of the gym by emphasizing that we all deserve space to grow. Fitness is as varied as every person who walks in, whether that's age, ability, obligations, or something else, and finding ways to help you with long term success is what truly moves her.
Heather prides herself on designing and developing a workout and exercise program that works for her clients and helps them to achieve their goals. She strives to lead by example and live a healthy and active life. Heather is certified by ACSM, NASM, NSCA, TRX, Les Mills.
Mike has been a Personal Trainer & Physical Therapist for 5+ years. He believes that every good training program should be built around strength training, cardio, mobility and sustainability. Mike has rehabilitated & trained a wide range of clients including D1 Athletes, fitness competitors and senior citizens.
Jeff is an experienced personal trainer who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, an ACE personal training certification and is a USPA Certified Powerlifting Coach. Whether your goals are strength, body composition, or movement based, Jeff’s knowledge and expertise is sure to help you reach your goals!
