Kelly's Story

My classes have often been described as the perfect combination for building strength and space in the body and mind. When you come to my class, you can expect a vinyasa flow with elements of mobility, functional movement, yogic philosophy, and mindfulness woven in.  Expect a strong, creative, and accessible vinyasa set to a groovin' playlist with encouragement to listen to your inner guide, drop your expectations, and just see what unfolds. You'll have plenty of options to play around, to find what works for your body, and make each class your own.  My classes are a place to drop in, take a break from your day, focus on yourself, your breath, and movement for an hour.  


Experience:  I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years and teaching for over 7.  I completed my RYT certification 2016 with Alex Pfeiffer at 21st century yoga on the mat.  In 2018 I completed my ACE group fitness certification, and have been teaching various fitness classes alongside yoga ever since. I've been a mover my entire life, and a teacher of movement in one form or another my entire adult life.  I am excited to see you on the mat!
