Samantha Summerfield

Samantha's Story

Samantha is an RYT-200 yoga instructor, registered with Yoga Alliance, who has been practicing for over six years and has been teaching for over five! Samantha is currently pursuing her Ph.D. at UW in Environmental Chemistry and Technology. Besides doing yoga, she loves reading, hiking, and being outdoors! 

 

Samantha found yoga at a young age to help her with anxiety, but quickly it blossomed into a passion and lifestyle. She specializes in vinyasa classes, primarily focusing on connecting the body and breathe. Samantha enjoys bringing in a meditative mindset to all her classes, whether they include gentle stretching or challenging peak poses! She creates a welcoming, open, and safe space for anyone who enters one of her classes. Don't hesitate to chat with her before/after class about mental health, meditation or anything!
