About Jon
My love for fitness began while playing sports in high school and at UW-Whitewater. I learned early on that getting stronger not only improved my athletic performance but also boosted my overall health—helping prevent many common issues we see today.

Now, as a certified trainer, I focus on using exercise to build a healthier life—from stronger bones and better digestion to more daily energy. I’ve coached clients of all ages and backgrounds, from kids and college athletes to retirees focused on long-term wellness.
