About Jon

My love for fitness began while playing sports in high school and at UW-Whitewater. I learned early on that getting stronger not only improved my athletic performance but also boosted my overall health—helping prevent many common issues we see today.

Now, as a certified trainer, I focus on using exercise to build a healthier life—from stronger bones and better digestion to more daily energy. I’ve coached clients of all ages and backgrounds, from kids and college athletes to retirees focused on long-term wellness.

My goal is simple: help you move better, get stronger, and make fitness a lasting part of your life. Whether your aim is weight loss, toning, athletic performance, or deep, lasting health—I’ll guide you every step of the way and celebrate your progress with you.
