Katie Doyle

Katie's Story

Katie started practicing yoga in 2013 and soon discovered that it was a healthy physical practice but also a pathway into self-awareness, spirituality, and connection. Knowing she wanted to learn more and bring this gift to others, she completed her 200-hour teacher training at Perennial in 2018. Katie also works as a mental health therapist with a focus on trauma treatment. She finds that yoga is a powerful tool for overall well-being and that it also blends beautifully into the work of helping people to heal from emotional pain.

Her teaching style is gentle and reflective, with attempts at humor and plenty of options. She strives to create classes that make you feel calm, empowered, and more loving toward the light you hold within.
