Alex is someone that has always been drawn to physcial activity. In high school he participated in track and cross country. As one of the team captains, he was able to help implement workouts, which was something that really interested him. While in college he was attracted to the kinesiology program at UW Madison where he graduated with a BS in Exercise and Movement Science. Alex has been a certified personal training since college where he learned to combine all the things he was passionate about. A few things he likes about being a personal training are the creativity he gets to have with workouts and the sense of accomplishment his clients have when they complete a goal. He loves helping people build muscle, but his passion lies in doing whatever it take to help a client reach their goals.
