Growing up in a family that valued fitness as a lifestyle, I naturally took to athletic pursuits. My passion for running carried me through college; while pursuing a degree in Exercise Science, I ran Cross Country and Track for The University of Indianapolis. As team captain and a four-time All-Conference athlete, I gained experience in exercise programming and developed a strong motivational skill set that helps me impart a passion for training.
My aim is to help my clients build a foundation that will create the basis of fitness for life. Whatever your goal, I will implement my knowledge, research and experience to help you achieve it.
