Small Group Programming is our newest addition to our schedules. These offerings have limited class sizes to support your learning. Additionally, these courses have specific intentions that clearly differentiate them from our regular class programming. On the fitness side, it is fantatstic a way to affordably get personalized attention from a trainer while also experiencing the boon of community style learning. On the yoga side, these are a forum for our teachers to teach from cirriclum (something they can't do in a drop-in model) and offer courses on topics that wouldn't make senes as an ongoing weekly class.
