Cap Fit HIIT: A full body blend of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), bodyweight strength and short walk/jog/run/sprint increments. This class is full of sweat, smiles, fun and variety. The class format changes each time but expect rounds of 20 seconds of bodyweight exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest then low intensity bodyweight or resistance band strength exercises.
