Emma’s fitness journey began with a struggle to maintain consistency while subjecting herself to high intensity workouts thinking it was the best way to see progress. After seeking out personal training services at Capital Fitness, she fell in love with strength training and found that it was not only sustainable in the long term but also significantly improved her quality of life. Emma feels passionately about helping others implement movement into their lifestyles that is both enjoyable and helps them to go about their daily lives, particularly through strength training. Emma is NASM certified and has a BS in Molecular and Cellular Biology.
