TRIPLE THREAT

A full body workout consisting of twenty minutes of TRX, kettlebells, resistance bands, weights and/or bodyweight exercises followed by 20 minutes of Cycling and finishing up with 20 minutes of Treadmill. Participants will be challenged with a variety of cardio based exercises with a mix of strength.
