This 45 minute class is split into two segments. You'll being with a 30 minute treadmill class for walkers and runners of all levels that utilizes inclines and varying speeds in a group setting. Followed by 15 minutes of running related 'off treadmill' exercises that will include some combination of the following: TRX, kettlebells, resistance bands, stretching and bodyweights. This work will focus on making you a better runner.
