Cycling Studio - Butler St.

Prepare yourself for this totally energized atmosphere, fueled by upbeat music. The instructor will guide you through various workout phases including warm-up, steady up-tempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and a cool-down - all on an indoor stationary bike! You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Our KeiserM3 indoor bikes have pedals that allow you to wear tennis shoes or specialized SPD clip shoes. Please bring a towel and a water bottle.

Group Fitness Studio - Butler St.

A resistance training and agility class to improve total body strength, endurance, and flexibility using all types of equipment. A challenging and always varying workout designed to take you to the next level of fitness training. Push yourself to meet and surpass your goals! 

CXWORX is a specialized core, strength-based workout developed by Les Mills. This workout is ideal for tightening your abs and glutes while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention. CX WORX consists of exercises that both isolate and integrate various muscle groups. It's an ideal, efficient way to tone and tighten your core in only 30 minutes.

The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for-and fast!

Treadmill - Butler St.

This 45 minute class is split into two segments. You'll being with a 30 minute treadmill class for walkers and runners of all levels that utilizes inclines and varying speeds in a group setting. Followed by 15 minutes of running related 'off treadmill' exercises that will include some combination of the following: TRX, kettlebells, resistance bands, stretching and bodyweights. This work will focus on making you a better runner.

JIU JITSU
Group Fitness Studio - Butler St.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art, combat sport and self defense system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting. It promotes the concept a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using proper technique, leverage, and most notable, taking the fight to the ground, and then applying joint-locks and chokeholds to defeat the opponent.

WERQ® is the fiercely fun dance fitness class based on pop,
rock,and hip hop music taught by Certified Fitness
Professionals. The signature warmup previews the dance
steps used in class and the signature cooldown includes

The sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dy-namic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone toward their fitness goals-from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor! All levels welcome-low impact options will be shown.
