Five Bonus Classes:
Week Five bonus classes: Friday, 12:00 pm Pilates with Robin and
Tuesday, 7:05 pm Brazilian Beat with Cody.
What is Have a Class? Give it a try during this last week!
*This is a six-week challenge. It began
October 29 and it ends December 9. You don''t have to "officially" sign
up. If you take a class, you can participate. Forms will be available
at the Front Desk for you to fill out after each class you take.
*Contestants earn 2 points for every class attended. On Friday''s
a random drawing will determine two bonus classes worth double
the points for the following week.
*At the end of each week points will be tallied and the top five
contestants will win a free juice bar smoothie. The contestant with
the most points will also receive a $25 gift certificate to Elevation
Spa and Salon as well as one of the following items:
*Week Six: Energy Drink, winner''s choice
*At the end of the six weeks overall winner will be announced.
Overall winners are determined by the total amount of points
earned throughout the contest.
*Top Prize: $75 Elevation Spa and Salon Gift Certificate, a 10
session semi-private Pilates punch card and a Capital Fitness T-Shirt.
*Second and Third Place Finishers: A 10 session semi-private Pilates
punch card and a Capital Fitness T-Shirt.
*Fourth through Tenth Place Finishers: A Capital Fitness T-Shirt.
*All Contestants: A stronger and fitter body! For some, a new and
fun exercise habit!
